Please include the location of the sharps container (Campus-Building-Room or Area) and CSN Equipment ID Number (TMA Tag#).

Type in the campus location prefix (ALC, HN, NLV, WC) followed by the building's letter and select the building from the dropdown menu. Then select the specific Area or Floor location.
